Jobseekers Eligibility & Application

  1. Aged 18-29 and be passionate about an entry-level job in the innovation & technology industry.
  2. Not employed in full-time at the time of application and keen to start a full-time job.
  3. A graduate of training programmes organized by Generation Hong Kong.* Please refer to the requirements outlined by each of the programmes on Generation Hong Kong.
  4. A Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) resident with a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID).
  5. Legally permitted to engage in full-time work in Hong Kong.


*Remarks: Applicants are required to attend interviews and skill tests provided by Generation Hong Kong in order to be successfully admitted to the corresponding training programmes. The eligibility will be based on the final decision of Generation Hong Kong.

For Jobseekers

Eligibility:

  1. A Hong Kong permanent identity card holder aged between 18 and 30 (i.e. a person having reached the age of 18 and before reaching the age of 31, at the time of the application submission).
  2. A graduate or full-time student enrolled in either
    • sub-degree programme offered by a local institution; or
    • non-UGC funded bachelor degree programme in either a local university/ institution1, or jointly awarded by a local university together with a non-local university; or
    • training programme offered by Generation Hong Kong.
  3. Must not be the proprietor, partner, shareholder, management or their relatives of the Applicant Company.
  4. Must not be receiving other employment subsidies provided by the Government of HKSAR and/ or other local public and private funding programme under the same employment period.
