Job Description

Nutrir has two cutting edge technologies that reduce costs of cultured-meat ingredients by 2000x, while replicating identical meat structure and texture. In this position, candidates will be able to witness first hand, and develop, these never-before-seen technological platforms that could position Nutrir as a leader in this industry. Candidates will also be evaluated, during their time of internship, for a full-time opportunity after the completion of NxTEC career launcher programme.

The candidate will be involved in the following R&D activities:
• Work with 3D microfluidic fabrication techniques to replicate texture
• Develop culture media to further reduce costs of ingredients and improve cell health/growth
• Design self-assembling peptides that can potentially be used for cell culture
• Utilize 3D CAD and/or 3D scanning software to map out meat tissue architecture

Skill Set Required

• Degree in relevant biology and/or chemistry fields.
• Willingness to learn and innovate

Other skills (preferred):
• Experience with biofabrication/microfluidics
• Cell-culture
