Job Description
• Analyze business processes. Also create and update business process documentation
• Research the gap between business and result of academy
• Interpret data, build reports and analyze results using statistical techniques
• Be able to tell the story behind the data
• Support our Project Team in analyzing customer processes and in preparing functional documentation
• Continuously analyze and evaluate market trends, and develop self-learning and summarization skills to improve business strategies
• Develop business cases to determine business requirements
• Understand the market landscape and trends to identify strategies and potential optimization opportunities
Skill Set Required
• University degree,Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree in Business/Mathematics or related field
• You are hungry for knowledge and insight
• You are able to provide reports on daily basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong math, written and presentation skills, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively to the team and stakeholders
