We are a fintech start-up. The biggest achievement we had for taking part in the NxTEC Summer Internship Programme was to hire the right talents as our student interns. We continue to hire them on a part-time basis and would greatly welcome them to join our team after they graduated from their study. During the summer internship, what made me most memorable was that in our product launch press conference. The student interns not only followed the instructions provided by their supervisors and company founders, but also voluntarily worked overtime for fine-tuning the details and precautions of the event for a better outcome. The student interns set high standards for themselves and surprised me with their great working attitude. I would definitely recommend the NxTEC Summer Internship Programme to other companies as it subsidized the companies for hiring extra manpower to support the team. Some of the students were nominated by their college instructors which would be a more effective way to locate the right talents. I would also encourage the students to join the Programme which is a great opportunity to explore their career in the innovation and technology industry.
