• To yield the growth rate of black soilder fly
• To build an environtment for better living of black soilder files
• To assist in logistic arragement of feeding the BSF

Skill Set Required

• Sense of responsibility and obligation
• Keen to immerse yourslef into hands-on insect farming and the products of black soldier flies
• Result-oriented person to solve problem using all concurrent technologies and channels
• No problem to talk and write bilingually in commercial settings
• Love to work without air conditioning
