Job Description
• Developing and implementing a CSR strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values
• Creating and managing sustainability programs that reduce the company’s environmental impact
• Managing the company’s community engagement initiatives, such as charitable giving and volunteer programs
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that CSR initiatives are integrated into the company’s operations
• Tracking and reporting on the company’s CSR performance to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their expectations and concerns regarding the company’s CSR performance
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to CSR.
Skill Set Required
• Major in social and business sustainability, business administration, social science and related subjects.
• Knowledge or experience in stipulating social responsibility initiatives, future thinking and social impact measurement.
• Strong understanding of sustainability issues, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations compliances related to CSR.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
