Job Description
• Conduct user research and consolidate survey data to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Analyze customer data to understand their habits and behaviors, and use insights to inform product design and development decisions.
• Design and plan the operation flow for the pilot scheme, ensuring it aligns with user needs and objectives.
• Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the product and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and provide recommendations to improve the product, such as changes to functionality, design, or user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure the product meets user needs and objectives.
Skill Set Required
• Major in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or computer science or any related subjects
• Working or project experience in user research, data analysis, product design, and testing
• Technical skills in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL, as well as survey tools such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools, as well as product design and development processes.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
