We are WomenX Biotech Limited, a research-based biotech company supported by HK Science and Technology Park and ITF. We develop sanitary pad which could detect cervical cancer. With us, menstruation is equal to a chance for understanding women’s health status. Women will look forward to it rather than want to escape from it. We wish, in the future, women will become much healthier with us.

On top of R&D, we run social media - Instagram and FaceBook pages (Eva’s Shelter/ La Rosée) for the promotion of women’s health information; deliver free sexual education talk to the secondary school; donate sanitary pad (our brand - La Rosée) to NGO and nourish the next generation female scientist. We treat these as our vision and social responsibility. We now have openings for student internship.

Job Description

We are looking for student internship with an interest and passion in diseases diagnosis.

• Conduct experiments (related to protein analysis, PCR, Bacterial analysis, MaterialScience, Polymer, Protein conjugation) to evaluate bacterial content in sample and to construct biosensor for detection of diseases
• Literature review and draft summary, learn how to design, plan and execute research projects
• Report to department head and update the project progress
• Maintain good records of research is required.
• Analysis of science research article and draft popular science articles
• Social media maintenance
