Job Description
As an entrepreneurial assistant, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help grow and manage the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn about entrepreneurship, pitching and selling the business’ value, business strategy, and gain valuable experience in HR, government grant applications, and investor research/outreach. Candidates will also be evaluated, during their time of internship, for a full-time opportunity after the completion of NxTEC career launcher programme.
• Manage HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and benefits administration.
• Prepare and submit government grant applications and other compliance-related tasks.
• Assist with investor research/outreach, including market research, creating pitch decks, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Learn about the company’s operations and work with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Skill Set Required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in HR, government grant applications, and investor research/outreach is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
