LPC is the first BIM HKU spin-off tech company and an Incubatee of HKSTP founded in 2019. With group of passionate scientists and practicians from the standardisation, BIM, construction and computing field, we have 10+ years of research, training and practical experience in the AECO industry. We offer total services in consultancy, research, platform development and training to adopt cutting-edge technologies through standardisation, digitalisation and intelligence for the new normal. In the last decade, the team has involved in large-scale information management and smart city projects in the UK, China and Hong Kong. It includes the introduction of UK BIM level 2 (PAS1192/ISO 19650) into China, development of a strategic framework for a national new smart city at Xiong’an, consulting services on standardisation for various Hong Kong government departments and development of a smart built asset platform for the asset owners. With the experience and knowledge, we are advocates of BIM in the bringing the West and East together to drive digitalisation and smart city.

Job Description

• Deliver strategic technical solutions to meet the clients’ needs
• Review BIM models and related information from clients
• Create and update BIM objects and models
• Maintain the BIM and information on a Common Data Environment
• 3D/4D/5D BIM modelling and visusalisation/animation/rendering
• 2D/3D drawing production using BIM software
• Walk-through & work sequence video production
• Collaborate with internal/external partners for smooth execution
• Confer with developer teams to integrate data and codes from various back-end databases for establishment of BIM Warehouse
• Assist BIM trainings

Skill Set Required

• Diploma or above in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction/ Civil/ Structural/ Building Services or related disciplines
• Strong time-management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated learner, collaborative teammate, organised engineer
• Skills and experiences in in BIM / 3D modelling/ 3D visualisation software, i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Glodon, Fuzor, Cubicost, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Enscape, MS Project, or equivalent
