• Assist with administrative & operational tasks
• Keep track & manage different internal system databases
• Keep track of design & development tasks
• Keep track of business contacts & sales items
Skill Set Required
• Basic experience in using modern system tools such as Notion, Todoist & Craft etc…
• Experience in using product tools such as Figma, Figjam & Miro etc…
• Creative, open-minded, and passionate about innovative stuffs
• Good team player, comfortable working & communicating with various functional teams
• Good presentation skills, preferably with digital tool skills
• Strong project management skills, organised and good attention to detail
