We are start-up company of education technology. The NxTEC Summer Internship Programme provided subsidy for us to hire 4 student interns, relieving the staffing shortage. Meanwhile,

through working with our student interns, we upskilled ourselves in the aspect of human resources management, and learnt how to train and lead employees for the growth of our company.

The student interns had been exposed to programming and social media since they were young and were sensitive to innovation and technology. They were able to provide many creative ideas in handling company’s marketing tasks such as designing cards for customers for product promotion; and attracting customers to purchase by saving loyalty points. Through the process of working with our student interns, our team was also inspired by their innovative thinking.
